What changes between EG and MG

You are choosing between the easiest way in and the enthusiast standard. Entry Grade is a small 1/144 snap build designed to look right with no tools, no stickers, and no fuss. Master Grade jumps up to 1/100, adds a full inner frame, and gives you the size and part count to panel line, paint, and pose properly. If you want a quick, satisfying win, take the EG. If you want a project with room to grow your skills, the MG is the bigger, deeper kit.

The verdict

Get the EG if

you are new to Gunpla or buying for someone who is, and you want the lowest-friction build that still looks right straight off the runners with no tools or stickers.

Get the MG if

you want size, a full inner frame, and the room to panel line, paint, and pose the suit properly. It is the enthusiast sweet spot and the grade most builders grow into.

We have graded the EG version at 7.6 out of 10. Read the full review above before you decide.
