The verdict

This is a P-Bandai recolor done right, and I mean that as real praise, not a backhanded one.

The whole appeal of Deborah's custom paint job, that stark red against Advanced GN-X white, comes straight out of the runners in molded plastic, so you get the full effect without touching an airbrush. It is still a late-2000s HG00 frame under the hood, so do not expect Real Grade fireworks, but for a suit this niche, Bandai gave it a genuinely good showing.

What it is

This is the standard HG00 Advanced GN-X reissued in Deborah Galiena's personal red and white scheme, molded straight into the plastic rather than left grey for you to paint. It carries over everything that made the 2018 Advanced GN-X release solid: the redesigned head antenna and shoulder defense rods, reworked thigh armor, and the oversized proto GN lance alongside the Advanced GN beam rifle with its saber-in-barrel trick. Building it feels like assembling a familiar Jinx frame that suddenly looks like a completely different, much more commanding machine once the red panels click into place. It is a short, satisfying build.

The catch

This is a Premium Bandai exclusive, so it was never in regular retail circulation and secondary market prices run well above the original roughly 2,200 yen tag, sometimes into used MG territory for what is a smaller HG. The frame underneath is the 2008-era GN-X lineage brought forward for the 00V line, so joints are simpler than what you get in current HG lines, there is no inner frame, and the manual is short at eight pages which means the assembly itself is quick rather than involved. If you want deep engineering or a challenging build, this is not it.

Who it's for

Buy this if you already love the Gundam 00V side stories and want Deborah Galiena's suit rendered accurately without cracking open red paint, or if you collect the Advanced GN-X variants and want the full set. Skip it if you are hunting for a modern, highly articulated HG build, since the frame is older and simpler, or if you are not willing to pay import/aftermarket prices for a kit that was only ever a limited release. The build story

What the build is actually like, and the engineering worth knowing about.

The assembly itself moves quickly given the short manual, and because Bandai molded Deborah's red directly into the plastic, you are not stopping mid-build to mask or paint anything to hit the correct scheme. The frame is the familiar 2008-lineage GN-X chassis carried into the 00V line, so gate placement and part fit behave like an older-generation HG rather than a modern one, nothing surprising, just simpler than what current HG kits offer.

Articulation covers the basics well for the era: a ball-jointed neck, shoulder joints that swing and tilt, elbows that bend up to 90 degrees, a 360-degree waist, and double-jointed knees with ball-and-socket ankles. The standout is the loadout. The proto GN lance is a genuinely large, imposing melee weapon for the scale, and the Advanced GN beam rifle's saber-in-barrel storage is a nice touch that gives the kit two distinct weapon silhouettes without extra parts to lose.
